Pressure Cooker Swiss Pepper Steak

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs round steak - cut into serving size pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil - or more if needed
- 1 can beef broth - (14.5oz)
- 1 tablespoon dehydrated onion flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 3/4 cup sliced onion
- 2 medium green bell
- Peppers - cut into chunks
How to Prepare:
- Salt and pepper the steak and brown in oil in the pressure cooker.
- Add remaining ingredients and close cooker, bringing pressure up to full.
- Then reduce heat and cook under full pressure for 15 minutes.
- Turn off heat and let cooker sit for 15 minutes, then release remaining pressure and serve
